High School Prep
Speed for soccer, strength and conditioning. Everything you need to be ready for high school preseason. We suggest 2X/ week (Tuesday / Thursday schedule) or 3X/week (M/W//F) for maximum results. Classes may be redeemed all summer spread out according to your schedule.
